As Filipinos celebrates Independence Day, we, here at Krixware, also celebrates the release of version 0.2.15 of KonsolScript this 12th of June 2008. It has been a while since the last release.

This release has set a new milestone for the KAGE project.
KonsolScript now supports creation of User-defined types. Yes, you can now group primitive variables into a single UDT. Then, instantiate it individually or through Array.
Another major improvement is the addition of Net class which provides KonsolScript the network capability.
We also added the Game class which was decided to organize the game engine’s Map and Entity classes.
Such major changes requires the tools to be updated as well. As such, updated KonsolScript Editor and MapBuilder are also being released.

We would also like to announce the debut of the KonsolScript Developer’s Documentation. The need to “finally” make an official documentation arose when suddenly a school from somewhere in Europe has considered KonsolScript to be used for teaching purposes as a new Programming Language and as Virtual Machine.
There is also a KonsolScript Programmer’s Reference in a wiki format. This means that everybody can also join-in to finally finish a KS Reference.

We give thanks to the people supporting the whole project. Though, we are a very small community, we are still showing that “Size Does NOT Matter”.
Now, there’s no other target than to reach version 0.3.0 which will hopefully make a mature and production-ready game development suite.
