Quixie build 100402 released

Thanks to DJ Peters’s FBSound, Quixie could play sounds now. It supports all of FreeKE’s Sound functions except Sound:Stop().

It supports WAV, MP3, and OGG. Sorry, but no MIDI for Quixie.

Download it from Quixie’s wiki page.

DEB package for Debian and derived distros to follow.

    I found our about this programming language on google and was very well interested. How is the support for object oriented coming along? Look forward to hearing more from this project in the future.

    I’ve been looking for a game engine that can play an OGG. Thank you so much!

    @ebbsven: Sadly, we’re still in the planning stage. 🙁 — hope we could find some volunteers.

    @sobe: Sorry about that, I don’t have the source for mirmo game. The file was compiled by FreeKE.

    @feagan: You are welcome.

    Thank you all for checking out KonsolScript/Quixie. please share this to your friends.

    A seriously interesting project. I long to see a tool for Linux. Running the tools under Wine sucks big time.

  7. […] note that version 0.2.100402 is more compatible to the current demos. A re-release of the demos are to be made later — […]
